Low season rentals

From September 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, we offer students, workers and companies passing through La Rochelle the possibility of renting one of our accommodations by the week (for one or two weeks), renewable. Upon presentation of proof (employment contract, school certificate or KBIS), you will submit your file request to us and we will offer you different formulas according to our availability. Location

You can rent a mobile home by the week between September and April.

Mobile home 17 m² - 1 bedroom / 2 people: from €150 per week (charges included)
Mobile home 27 m² - 2 bedrooms / 4 people: from €250 per week (charges included)

All our low season rentals are eligible for CAF aid.

A deposit is requested and collected.
